Mickey Mouse cartoons and for toddler?

Question

I think those Mickey Mouse cartoons are too fast, too loud and too colorful for young kids. I believe those types of cartoons can lead to smaller attention span. We all know young kids should not watch TV anyway, but we also know while the child is watching TV we can get something done around the house, for once. 
I particularly prefer video with nursery rhymes, classic kids music and moderate/slow motion, like the "Super Simple Songs" ones.

I love "yo gabba gabba " for my kids . My daughter started watching at age 3 and she completely loved it and still does she has learned so much from it. My baby is 15 months and we are gunna start having her watch it she will see her sister and the way she interacts with the show. She will learn a lot too

Kids i watch in daycare are obsessed with Little Bear.

My daughters favorites were jake and the neverland pirates and doc Mcstuffins when she was 10 months. She has a great attention span.

I think it's all about balance, I let them watch an episode of mickey during playtime,  but in the morning or afternoon keep it to something more low key. The YouTube educational channels are good too, like ABC kid tv, they have abcs and shapes shows.
