Need some advice!!!

I live in a apartment complex and my upstairs naber. Is a freen and i have 3 children who hear all the stuff that gos on up there any info on what i can do. Ive talked to her and it never ends from friday -sunday and some week days difrent men wemon and so on. The only reason i know this is cuse she is my cuzen and i dont know. And that being saide its getting really agrivating. Do i let my land lord know.
