34 weeks and 4 days pregnant and having contractions and vaginal pain

I am 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant and she has already dropped into the birth canal and I have been experiencing painful contractions I think they are problem is I have never experienced real labor for my 1st was 3 1/2 weeks early due to complications and I have developed same complications with this pregnancy as I had with my first I have to have a C-section I am scared. And I am in tears
