Really need help..
Feeling really down..
I've had to go through this entire pregnancy alone. I've watched my best friend go through hers fully supported by her now fiance. Now my brother is extremely happy in his relationship...ect. My other best friend is getting married and has the family she wanted.. I just need some advice on how to get through this alone. I'm having a c section on Monday..
