Pooping/Sneezing & Your Period
I just got my period after 5 months since coming off birth control! After the intial excitement I noticed I was much more uncomfortable than usual...I sneezed this morning and felt a weird pang in my lower abdomen ovary area (I sneezed a few times since and it hasn't happened again though).
And now...I feel like I have to poop and when I go to the bathroom my abdomen feels super tight and it feels super painful to even attempt to push.
have I been spoiled with 10 years of light, painless periods because of bc? Is this normal- anyone else get this?!
