Cramping and backpain

Started having constant dull pain in lower back and pelvic cramps, both with sudden sharp pains frequently. They started almost a week before my last period and i finished my period about 5 days ago and its still severely painful. I even went to the hospital sobbing and doubling over in pain. Back pain feels like pressure coming from pelvic region, cramping is very sharp radiating from pelvic/lower abdomen to back, bloating really bad (pelvic area hard, not squisshy like fat) im not pregnant, not constipated and don't have any stds or uti. My last period was out of whack as well, a little over a week early - very heavy with about quarter sized clots, lots of spotting before and after period. Hospital wrote me off, said that emergency rooms were for emergencies only and to not let it happen again. Its getting to the point that it hurts to do anything as far as laying down for more than 5 min, staying in the same position, sitting, and walking and bending definitely. My partner and i have no idea whats wrong with me or what to do
