I don't know if I'm ready for this kinda change fellow moms,

I just realized my 9 year old has pubes and boobs! She's cool about it and proud of it but I'm flipping out here, I'm in the bathroom crying!!! I've talked to her about periods and how no one is suppose to touch her since she was 3 (about the touching, periods was at 6 when she got me a diaper (pad) and asked if I needed a bandaid for my butt) how long do I have before she gets a period? Should I be like cool about this and talk to her more about periods? Idk what to do!!! My dad raised me and all he said was I'm calling your sisters and they all showed up for a cookout that night. Should I tell her brothers so they can be understanding of what's going on? She's my only girl so some input would be great also am I suppose to drop off a "just incase you get your period bag" at school?
