Veggies in the wok. Throw in what I have on hand. (Onions mushrooms zucchini peppers olives etc.) then throw in some teriyaki and soy, some salt and pepper and maybe some mozzarella. Soooo good!

A whole chicken in a crockpot. Not fast but about 15 minutes prep. Wash chicken, cover in seasoning and stick it in crockpot on top of veggies and let it cook for 8 hours on low! Sooo good.
