Finally gonna stand up for myself

Ever since I have been working at my job (almost 5 months now) my manager has been more of a dictator than a manager. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. I work at a bank and my manager uses my drawer when I'm not there which is totally not okay with me or the business. I have been letting it go because I'm "the new girl" and don't want to step on anyone's toes but I've had enough.  So this Tuesday I was off and my manager used my drawer and then when everyone came in on Wednesday at 8:30 (I didn't get there until 10) my teller supervisor noticed that my drawer was left out overnight! Her set of keys were right there at my desk! Everything was just open! That is not okay! Our drawers are to be locked up in the vault at the end of the night. And of course she wouldn't get in trouble for this unless she reported herself which come on she is totally not gonna do. So, after discussing the situation with two of my coworkers who had no idea it happened they advised me to stick up for myself and gave me some options as to what I can do. One was to confront my manager about it directly but we all know that it would have ended badly for me. Another one was to email our loss prevention lady and just simply ask her if it is normal for a part time teller to share a drawer with another branch employee. That way I'm not right away putting her on blast for anything and it seems like I am genuinely curious about it. I can't wait for it to back fire on my manager because how she treats all the employees is just not right. She's been getting in trouble lately with her boss so she will not be happy hearing what I have to say about what is goin on.
