Burst of energy?

Question

Did anyone get a burst of energy right before labor? The last two days my body was up at 5:45 and I'm tired but my body won't let me sleep. I'm having tons of cramping and contractions but nothing consistent. I don't remember doing this with my first but it's been 3.5 years so who knows...

I'm feeling the same. Waking up early, cleaning and yard work all day with inconsistent cramps and contractions. Exhausted at night but waking up with anxious energy.

In the same boat at 38 w.. I just told my husband I'm gonna need way more energy to push this baby out. I am so fatigued and the cramping and contractions just keep a comin'!

I've heard that woman sometimes do get a burst of energy before labor. 
I actually would even get a burst of energy before my period started, I would be tired, cranky, and usually a little crampy but I'd always do something with haste (like laundry, vacuum, our exercise) and then a few hours later be laid up in bed with massive cramps. 
I know that's not what your question was but I can only assume it's similar.

I only ever got that burst with my first kid. Now I'm
On my fourth and in totally exhausted but the other 3 keep me busy with everything else. Guess I just don't have time to store extra energy :(

Energy but no contractions. My belly gets tight and I get a little pain but I don't think mine is low enough. But the burst of energy was the last two day!

I have tons of cramping & contractions plus I'm exhausted. 38 & 5. I know I'll have him soon.
