Baby licking a MJ joint

Besides the quotes at the top, how do you feel about the picture itself?  I've seen many polls where people feel recreational use of marijuana is fine, along with parents recreational use around children. Is this crossing the line? Obviously the baby isn't getting high, but is this still just too far?
