Recently, this has been passed in the state of California. Personally, it doesn't affect me in any way as I don't smoke/vape at all and I'm already over 21. 
However, I have quite a few friends who are pretty mad about it.

I just have a problem in general when you are old enough to enlist in the army and vote but apparently not old enough to smoke or drink.  All four should have the same age requirement imo (whether it be 18 or 21).

I think it's stupid to raise the age but I'm personally glad they are treating vapes like a cigarette. I can't stand being in a restaurant or a store and seeing someone blow that thick smoke everywhere and I'm a smoker. I just think it's nasty.

No. Nearly everyone I know who smokes or used to smoke started before they were 18, raising the age just makes more problems.
