Sex but not always in the mood

Pretty much, my bf and I aren't really intimate a lot. Between having vaginal issues and just stressed all the time. I'm not always in the mood. And when I do try to have sex it just feels like work. I'm starting to feel guilty because we are living like and old married couple already when we should be doing it like rabbits.... Ugh. That thought alone just stresses me out more.
