Swollen hands? 16 weeks!!

With my first son I got swollen hands pretty bad more than my feet. No pre-eclampsia just carpal tunnel syndrome. Which went away after birth. It seems to be starting again but 16 weeks??!! Anyone else, or am i alone!?
