What are Miscarriage symptoms?

I'm very paranoid because Im 40 & its my first pregnancy.

Question is: Could you have a miscarriage with No symptoms or any bleeding? I just want to know if it's possible to miscarry within first 10 weeks with no symptoms??

I misciarrage at 9 weeks last year , I didn't have cramps, no bleeding or ever spotting when baby's heartbeat stopped, I started bleeding was after 4 days baby passed away. Sometime it just really difficult to tell what's going on inside your body. Be positive is only thing we can do , good luck !

Unfortunately is it possible to miscarriage with no symptoms but it's very rare. I had a missed miscarriage last January, I had 1 tiny spot of orange when I wiped once and went for a scan and the baby had stopped growing 3 weeks earlier. The chances of you having one are a tiny 1% so I know it's hard but try not to worry about it. Good luck x

You can have a missed miscarriage where the baby stops growing but your body still thinks you are pregnant. Please try not to worry about this though. If you've not had any cramps or bleeding the likelihood is that everything will be fine. Good luck
