Which cough drops are safe??

I'm extremely sick with a cold. I can't take much, rubbed Vicks all over myself but my throat is killing me. I'm 16 weeks 3 days. Any safe cough drops?

I read that the Ricola ones are not recommended because of the herbs they contain. (Some herbs are not recommended during pregnancy) So I stayed away from those and just used Halls.

I used the fruity ones... I think they're by Halls? But warm lemon water and honey worked the best for my achy throat!!! And if I had a cough attack, I would suck on a lemon wedge. It burns a bit, but it would kill the cough. Feel better soon!!! :)

I just use any really, my doctor said they are safe, but I use the sugar free ones because of my gestational diabetes
