Should I Stop Breastfeeding??

Today I've been feeling really sick; diarrhea, upset stomach and just weak overall. My best friend brought me a McGriddle this morning for Mother's Day, which was nice but I've been feeling this way since I ate it. I've been breast feeding my son all day like normal, but he had his first spit up/vomit all over his dad not too long after feeding him. Is it because I was feeling sick? Should I stop breast feeding him till I feel better? He's only ten days old, and he's my first so I could be paranoid but I just want to make sure
