Pee or broken water

Today about 11 I was bring down the laundry and I felt a gush of fluid come out. Started freaking out alittle it didn't smell like pee but it wasn't a huge amount either so I left it up to I just peed. But for the rest of the day I have felt like I'm extra wet down there but it's not running down my leg or gushing out. I've been debating about it all day whether I peed myself and just being paranoid or if it did break and it's just not coming out very fast. I don't want to make another hospital trip for no reason and I haven't had a lot of contractions either. I am 28 weeks and 4 days.
