Baby daddy issues......

My daughters dad and I are together and live together. He doesn't really help me do much with her. Every once in a while he will change a diaper and feed her. But other than that he sits and plays video games. He helps more when we are around his family. I think he wants to impress them. But at home he sits and does nothing. I stay up late with her for feedings and i put her to sleep. He says he has to go to bed early because he has to work. What about when i go back to work? I just don't understand how this is fair. Is there anything I can do?
