How are you building supply?

Are you pumping after nursing to increase or what? I'm trying to figure out how to build so I can save. How often do you mommies pump?

First thing in the AM, lunch time, and then right before bed.  My son is 1.5 weeks old and I'm getting about 3 oz. each time so I can have it saved up for when I go back to work!

I pump first thing in the morning and before bed. I used to pump at lunch time as well, but stopped because I was getting so engourged all the time. In my experience I can't pump more then twice a day without severe engourgment issues (to the point I couldn't sleep and had to pump after my daughter ate in the middle of the night). I have a small freezer 3/4 full of milk for when u return to work.

I usually pump after each feeding for 15 min
