I just wanted to give some words of encouragement. I've been there, I understand what it's like.

You are not stupid for staying in the relationship or going back to it. But you are worth so much more than how they are treating you. A lot of places have programs to protect you, try to find one in your area. You are so strong, and you are loved by many. Love is not what they are showing you. Love is patient, love is kind, it doesnt envy or boast. You are worth so much more than this. I know it's scary, but please seek help. I believe in you.
