Sore, itchy, cracked nipples????

I'm 28 weeks.. my breasts are already leaking and i have sore, dry/cracked throbbing, painful, itchy nipples. Was wondering if any other moms to be suffer with this and what some solutions are. Maybe even suggestions for the best nipple cream... I have aloe and Vaseline but they don't seem to help for long.

Coconut oil is the best and only thing that works for me.

I've got the shooting pain through my nipples too. Coconut oil or papaya extract it's what I was told today. The pain has been so bad I can't sleep.

This sounds really weird but if you actually run the breast milk on them and let them air dry for just a few minutes it helps.

Lansinoh lanolin nipple cream, purple tube, sold at Walmart, target, Walgreen's, etc..  Works great.

Breast milk or vitamin E oil would do wonders.
