Hpv genital warts an 37 weeks pregnant

I found out i contracted hpv last year in November after a pap smear i didnt have warts yet at that time but now do i dont have much warts they are small an spread during pregnacy but Idk what to do....im afraid it'll transfer to my unborn child during delivery my doctor said i can have a vaginal delivery but im getting anxiety she said it would be rare for the baby to get warts in the vocal cords but still i would hate myself if it would transfer to my child...

Has anyone ever been in this position An have had a healthy child?
