Baby measuring small on ultrasound?!

Question

So according to my lmp I should be 8w4d. Had an ultrasound this am and the ultrasound tech asked if I was sure and I said  "yes I am 100% sure my last period". She says the pregnancy is only measuring maybe 6 to 7 weeks and the heart rate was around 100. Commence freak out. She didn't seem concerned at all but she's basically saying I got a positive pregnancy test before I even ovulated! Has anyone had a similar experience??

Well I think I'm probably going to miscarry again :(.  The dr called and actually thinks I'm only 4-5 weeks pregnant. When I told her they confirmed my pregnancy 5 weeks ago she said "hmm that's strange. Well when there's a heartbeat we don't usually test hcg levels but I guess we could?" Of course I said yes but I don't have high hopes.  I know for a fact I could not have conceived when they're saying I did. Please send good wishes my way. 😢

Same thing with me. Went in at what I thought was 7w and tech told me I was 6w and heart rate was 123. Then went in for another US at 13w expecting to measure at 12w and was actually 13w1d. Just go with it. You may have ovulated late or since it's such a small little thing right now it could just be off by a mm. As long as there is a heartbeat you're golden.

People told me the first 12 weeks the heart rate have to be over 135? So if the heart beat 100-123 is that ok?

Same exact thing happened to me! I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy minus having Geststional Diabetes. They put me on progesterone in the beginning to nurture baby. But everything has been good going forward. I wouldn't stress about it too much.

You could have ovulated earlier  then you thought.
