Ultrasound Results/Follicle size?

Hi ladies! I'm new to this group. My husband and I haven't started assisted treatments yet, but we have an appointment with a RE in August. We've been ttc for 2 years, I'm 30 and DH is 35. I have PCOS, previous endo, one blocked tube and hypothyroid. I'm thinking we'll likely end up doing iui...
Anyways, last Friday (may 6) I ended up in the ER with some pretty intense pelvic pain. It was day 34 of my cycle, and I hadn't yet ovulated, so I assumed it was a cyst as I have a history of them. During my ultrasound, the tech asked me when I had last taken an opk, and hinted to me that I was very close to ovulation (after we chatted about my infertility struggles). Despite the pain, dh and I bd'd for the next 4 days hoping to catch the egg!
Well last night I got the results of my ultrasound through MyChart, and it said that the cyst on my left ovary (which the tech seemed to hint at being a follicle) was 3.2 cm (32mm). Doesn't that seem too large to be a follicle? Any insights on whether or not it's possible that I ovulated and pregnancy is possible?
Here's a picture of my results. Ignore the fact that they switched left/right in the "impressions" at the bottom.
