Bleeding after iui

This is my 3rd iui. 1st was successful resulting in a beautiful baby girl. 2nd failed. I'm now 5dpiui and bleeding. The day of the iui they couldn't find my cervix and was prodding around with the speculum for a long time. Gynae stepped in and found it straight away and did the procedure fine. I started bleeding straight after. I expected a little bleeding due to the drama but I'm still spotting now. It's been red, brown!!! I'm on progesterone suppositories which probably aren't helping things. Also on aspirin and clexane (blood thinners) due to a clotting disorder I have. Last iui I didn't bleed so I'm a bit worried. Clinic aren't too concerned though. Has anybody else had this???
