Fevers and infections

Deanna • Im a FTM to a baby girl born April 29 (after being told i could not have children) i plan to stay at home with her :) and im pro breastfeeding!
I dont remember how high a fever should be post partum for you to go to urgent care... (its 100.1) but im in bed stuck on my back with what feels like severe right ovary pain it throbs down my leg and i cant touch that side at all i had an infection when my daughter was born 10 days ago but wasnt given antibiotics and apparently i have one now but when i went to my pharmacy they said it wouldnt be ready till tomorrow...
