When is the best time to take a PT?

Yesterday I was expecting my period according to another app I used. Today is my expected period according to Glow that's why I bought a PT but in the directions they didn't include when is the best time to take a PT is it first urine in the morning or is it okay to take a PT anytime? Thank you.

FMU is the most concentrated,  so if you're pregnant,  you'll get a clearer positive with it.

First morning urine is best but if you get up to pee in the middle of the night make sure it's been at least 4 hours of holding it before testing. Good luck!
