Last night

Ok so last night me and my boyfriend had sex and I started to have bad cramps which are common for me when he go to deep normally I'll go sit on the toilet and they would go away if I use the bathroom but this time instead of me using the bathroom  I started throwing up what should I do? Mind you we are TTC but I'm having complications 😢😒😔
