What am I doing wrong

So we had sex in the right window...
And now I am having the worlds worst period ever!!!

Everyone is different but during my fertile window we r every other dayers at least also but during the fertile window I started the day b4 and usually every other day Bc yes strong sperm needs to build up but I've also heard it takes 24 hours so it really doesn't matter but regardless sperm can live inside of u for up to 5 days believe it or not starting to die off and become weak by the 3rd of those 5 days!!! I got pregnant my 4th month trying I also did the leg up thing also I'm not sure if that really helped or not it's old wives tale but it's a tale for a reason;) good luck!!!

Well there is a lot more to it. It really depends on which I very drops an egg and if the sperm goes in the right direction.  Only one overt drops and egg at a time and as it is going down the tube if the sperm went in the right direction then the egg is fertilized then attaches to the wall of your uterus. So all you can really do is keep trying. Also if the sperm is deformed due to heat like for example if a guy sits in the hot tub or if his sperm count is low then that can make it more difficult to get pregnant.

Ah this is so me aswell. 7 months trying, plotted dates and really used the app the last 2 months. We tried the casual approach to it all at the start. Due on Tuesday next week....I just can't bare thinking about it if it hasn't worked for us again....
