symptoms?

had unprotected sex the 29. period is due.. one day late so far. about a week ago I started to get very tender breasts, even hurts to walk sometimes. lower back ache, hardly any cramping at all whatsoever, nauseous when laying down sometimes and randomly between 11-2 PM (has been happening the past five days). can these be symptoms of pregnancy? if so when should I test? & watery discharge.
