Confused and conflicted help
My boobs have been so incredibly sore I can't even walk and my nipples are sore too the touch, today i noticed they were white with white spots. I've also had minor cramps but not period cramps they are just light. I had unprotected sex two weeks ago but I did take plan b, the day after. I'm expecting my period the 15th, but can I have anyone's experiences or advice about my boobs because I'm freaked out.
