Weight loss 💪🏼
I'm the heaviest I've ever been, and I need to lose it! My boyfriend and I decided to diet and work out together, but I feel it's so much easier for him to see a difference..... I was at 250, now I'm down to 240 in two weeks ( I've been busting my butt)
I've been working out daily, bike rides, walks, ect. I've been eating correctly, and I've lost some weight, but no where near where I need to be!
What has worked for you guys to lose weight?
Any helpful tips? Or what worked for you guys?
Post some photos of before and afters, I get so inspired seeing people lose weight!
