Birth control while breastfeeding
Hello lovely moms! Can you recommend a good birth control method while nursing? There are many options out there (pill, IUD, shot, implant, etc.) and I'm confused about what to use.
I would like one with the least side effects and easy to use. Any advice would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance:)
P.s. I'm leaning towards the mini-pill, any ladies taking it and how's their experience?
