Stressed Out!!!!

Soo I just went for my first in office ultrasound at 5 weeks & 2 days & was told by doctor she did not see any baby just the yolk sack, she then sent me for a transvaginal ultrasound and they said there wad no fetal pole and could not see anything. My HCG level was 1293 at 4 weeks and i just had another blood test done today to see where my level is but im so stressed out just scared now 😣😣😣 this is BABY #2 and weve been waiting for this for a while now. Super worried 😔😔 HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE?
