Vagina Problem

My vagina has been alittle irritated. Its not as moist as it use to be and when i clean myself after peeing, it kind of burns. But not alot. Its fine when I pee, like it doesnt burn at all when I pee. But last month I have been having sex without a condom with my boyfriend for like a week. We had just started going out and all of a sudden we have sex like crazy. Every time he feels he's about to reach his climax he pulls out and finishes off himself cumming outside of my vagina. So I am thinking it could be alot of things. I also have been trying different kinds of soaps on my body. So im not sure what it is. I need to prepare myself for whatever it is before i head to the doctors later on in the week. Does anyone know whats going on with me?
