Pain after polyp removal?

I was wondering if anyone has had a polyp removed (I only have 1 that is 4mm) and how did you feel afterward? 
How long after your removal did your doctor want to wait before starting IVF or IUI?

I had one removed no pain at all. I had anesthesia but afterwards no pain or anything. Ideally you need to remove the polyp a few weeks before starting IVF. You can't start too much later than that because it can grow back quickly and affect implantation

I had polyps removed back in December 2015. Wasn't painful at all, I had it on a Thursday so took off that day, worked from home on Friday, took it easy over the weekend and went back to work Monday.
