Twinges/cramps

I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow. I get these random twinges/cramp like feelings on either side of where my uterus is. They've been on and off all day and only last about a second, but I've been feeling them the past week or so. I think it's too early for it to be baby (I'm a FTM). Anyone else feeling feelings similar???
