Should I take a pregnancy test?

Hey! So I'm on the depo shot and I started it on Christmas eve, it's been almost 5 months, but on the day I got my second shot my boyfriend and I were having sex and didn't realize the condom broke until it was too late. This was back on March 17th, so about 9 ish weeks ago, and I've heard you start to show around 12 weeks (I've gained a lot of weight recently) and I don't know if I should be concerned about being pregnant. It seems like all of the depo shots side effects are the same as pregnancy symptoms (such as cramping, irregular bleeding, mood swings, food cravings, weight gain, etc) so that's just no help and I don't know what to do, I'm terrified of taking a test because I'm only 17 and scared to find out the answer, I mean I'm in a great relationship with a lot of support so it really wouldn't be the end of the world if I was, I am just terrified because my boyfriend and I have a life ahead of us and a baby is just way too much of a reposablity right now, I'd much rather wait until I'm like 25-30 lol
