Freaking out

So pretty much for my entire pregnancy so far I crave junk food much more often than healthy food. The other day I came across an article about things pregnant women shouldn't eat and artificial food colors were included in that due to chances of it being linked to chromosomal disorders. I then realized pretty much everything I've been eating has artificial food dyes! (Mainly Red#40, Yellow 5&6 and Blue 1). Even pickles! (My favorite!) and some prenatal vitamins. Am I freaking out for no reason? Anyone have kids already that turned out just fine even though they consumed these dyes while pregnant?
