Breastmilk/colostrum?

I'm 20 wks pregnant and my breast is starting to leak. One leaks clear fluid and the other a creamy white fluid. Is this normal? Should I be concerned, or talk to my doctor about it?I have a 12 month old and haven't breastfed him since he was 2 months, but I never had this happen when I was pregnant with him either!
