Thatz normal its where your teeth sit on your tongue. You probably have never looked at it closely until now lol

Normal! It's teeth indents. I get it more if I am bloated, dehydrated, or am quiet all day.

It's very common, but not actually normal. It's not dangerous in and of itself but can be a symptom of a lot of underlying problems that cause your tongue to swell, dehydration probably being the most common cause. If hydrating yourself doesn't fix the problem, it'd be worthwhile to bring it up with your GP. (Also, if your tongue isn't swollen and you have anxiety, it's super common. A lot of people with anxiety disorders- myself included- tend to press their tongues up against their teeth)
