How do i stop TTC ?

Question

Weve been ttc for about 5 months....I was on BC to regulate my periods(Which i stopped taking in December) Since then my period has came on and off but now im just completly over having a child....Weve tryed everything Having sex every other day, Preseed(Which i wont be spending money on ANYMORE) I checked my cervix, i checked my CM, I even attempted to check my temp in the morning, But As of today im just over it....According to glow my fertility window is open this week....And my cm really hasnt changed it went from Sticky to Creamy....I dont think i produce the right CM....I just feel like its never going to happen so i really just want to stop trying or just caring all in one....How can i do that ? Im at the point to where it happens ill just be like "oh okay im gonna be a mom" Im sorry if it sounds insensitive but im just at this point of the ttc journey.....Any Advice ?

Stop tracking your cm. turn off the feature that tells you when you're fertile, or if you can predict your periods by hand do that instead of using an app. Have sex when you want to, not when you need to in order to ttc.

Stop tracking cm or temp, no more pressed, don't track when you're ovulating, just enjoy having sex and let it happen! So many people stress it and when they finally give up is when they conceive. I hope it comes for you soon :)

DELETE all fertility tracking apps. Stop checking CM. Still have sex but don't track anything. I started walking on a treadmill and found that helped occupy my mind.

If you need a break to mentally recharge and remember why you wanted to have a child in the first place, you should. I know people that have spent years trying to conceive, and it is hard sometimes. You just have to remember why you are doing it. To bring a life into the world! To raise your own and start a family... If this is not something you feel that strongly about then maybe consider adoption.

It is tiring but if you want it that bad you just keep going. I would at least try a year before stopping to try. Maybe stop tracking everything. Just have sex and see what happens. Still trying but not TRYING, you know? It'll be okay.

5 months is not long at all.  It can take a healthy couple a year to conceive.  Took me 7 months.  You will get there!  I never thought I had the right cm and assumed I would never get pregnant.  But now I'm 25 weeks pregnant with my baby girl.  It will happen.

I've felt like this I took a break of ttc for two months where I did track or check cm etc. And it was a relief really not to end up with a disappointing negative pregnancy test. But back at it now

May help to distance urself from all the prep. It's turning into a job instead of it being exciting and fun. May help u conceive. Just relax and don't worry about the days of the month u do it or don't do it. May take a little longer but u won't stress urself out. Baby dust ur way.
