Blackheads ugh!

Hey ladies! Anyone suffer from blackheads? Any tips on how to prevent/get rid of them? I've been to the dermatologist and she prescribed tretinoin cream. It's helped with my skin texture but not the blackheads. I use cetaphil cleanser bc my skin is sensitive! Just wondering if anything works to get rid of them!
