Help! Idk how to handle this 😅
This is a completely different topic than anything else on here. 
I just recently rescued a 1 year old female cat. I work for a local veterinary clinic so I did all the testing possible. FelV/FIV, we did bloodwork, triple tests, etc. where I just got her, I'm unable to spay her until 1) I get the money and 2) I find a time that I'll be off work for a little bit and will be able to be with her at all times to make sure she doesn't irritate the surgical site.
She is now in heat and the most annoying thing ever. She's constantly meowing and trying to nudge me or touch me in anyway. Always backing into me thinking I'm a male feline or a potential mate. Anyway, I have no clue how to deal with her due to the fact that I've never had an intact female cat before. Does anyone have any suggestions?? 😩😩
