Worried and confused.

So I had my anatomy scan last week at 18 week but apparently I went too early and they couldn't check everything they wanted to. I went on my patient portal and looked under my health profile. All theway at the bottom it said "problems" and underneath it said "Fetal disorder" and RH Negative. They never said anything about a disorder, and don't you think they would've called me if there was something wrong? I didn't have any genetic testing, all I had was routine bloodwork that came back normal. I'm just looking for uplifting advice that this is an error or something. I'm only 18, haven't drink or smoke ever and no family history of anything.
