Are these contractions?

I feel burning ache across my upper belly and tightening at the same time with back pain.If i try to move i feel numb so i have to wait till my  belly tightening passes.Are these just braxton hicks or contractions.My hospital wont give me advices they say to come in.

If they are Braxton hicks they would go away when you move around. Real contractions won't stop just because you move. But what you are feeling sounds most definitely like one or the other.

I would just go in better to be safe the worst they can do is monitor you and then send you home

I thought i was just feeling my son move since every time he moved my stomach would tighten on one side then go down and it was very painful that started around 12 weeks i didnt say anything until around 20 then my dr examined me and said i was already dilating at 1cm and nearly 100 effaced and she sent me to l&d because i was having actual contractions i went back and forth to l&d from then to about 26-27 weeks 29 weeks i was 2cm and still nearly 100 effaced got transfered to another hospital and on the ride there i was 3cm they finally got my contractions that were every 30s-1min to stop and i was at 4cm but my sugar boo said nope and came 29+4
