What if your ring was his ex wife ring 🤔

Ok so what if your husband gave you a beautiful ring and 5years later you found that was the ring he gave his ex wife but she gave it back to him once the relationship ended 🤔😳 
(My friend ask me this question now I'm asking you guys)

I'd be pissed and give it back to him and tell him to get me my OWN ring not the ring he professed his love to his ex wife with.

I would be furious. It doesn't matter about the money he spends or how the ring looks, but that ring is a symbol of his love to his ex wife! Your ring needs to be untainted, and a new symbols of the love between the two of you, only!

It'd depend on why he did that. Was he being cheap or did he have a legitamate reason?

Holy Crap. I would loose my cool lol! Even if it was a family heirloom it didn't have to be the wedding ring and/or he should have explained that way early in the relationship. If he's tight on money I could understand using the same stones but getting them in a different placement/band

I gave my ring back to my ex when we split. Months down the line he got engaged again and when I saw his fiancé she was wearing the ring I originally had 😂 I feel sorry for her. But hey ho, waste not want not and all that lol
