Is it normal for my husband to want to drink 4 or more beers every night after work? He says it's because of how hard he works at his physical job. I work hard too and I don't feel the need to do this.. It really bothers me cause it's not healthy...:(

Mine does. I'm actually grateful he drinks here to unwind. I'd rather a few beers at home with me than out running the streets and doing drugs like my husband who passed away from a life of crime. Pick and choose your battles. (My personal opinion)

My hubs used to drink a 24 pack every 2 days. 12 beers per day, or if it was less one day it was more the next. I finally put my foot down and said he needs to stop or I won't be bringing our daughters around anymore, and now he has a 6 pack every month. I'm praying it doesn't increase. But no, drinking that much every day isn't good for you and honestly, drinking shouldn't happen every day anyway. My family is full of alcoholics and I know how I felt going to family events- I dreaded it. People getting drunk and yelling and hitting each other and falling over... I never ever want my kids to feel that way. And I'll be damned if they ever do. Alcohol abuse isn't something I put up with. Just my opinion.

I don't think beer is a big deal. Maybe if he was doing 4 jack and cokes...but when I was working I always had to have one, sometime two on those bad days. So a man wanting four. Whatever...

My boy dose the same thing. I hate it. It bother me. Bc I'm 33 weeks pregnant and even before that is didn't drink that much. He also works hard. Just don't get why they do it

Hmm .. I love beers so much that if I'm bored and just chilling I'd drink beers and idk what anyone has to say. A moderate amount of alcohol a day is actually good for you (well supposedly wine) but whatever haha I personally don't think 4 beers a day is a bad thing .. especially him being a guy .. but it's also not a good thing. It's a Tuesday and Imma have myself a beer or two later. I feel like as long as he's not hurting anyone, as long as he's responsible and it's not hurting your relationship .. I think it's fine. That's just me tho 🤔😶
