Any Advice please?

Just would like some advice please, only being ttc 2 months now just getting used to cycles and ovulation days and how everything works really,  anyway 5 dpo I started having sore nipples, now I'm 11 dpo and my boobs are sensitive in areas and my nipples are still sore, I took a test 10 dpo and it was negative, my period is due in 2/3 days, would just like to what people think and would like opinions please?xx
